We realize that a healthy mind requires a healthy body. That’s why we put together the Workhaus Wellness Program. Our members are provided with free health and fitness classes, hosted on a weekly basis. Moving forward, we will be rolling out additional classes and adding them to the regular rotation.

Spinning Classes

In partnership with the Adelaide Club, Workhaus is now offering spin classes for members! Each class will be hosted in a beautiful studio at the Adelaide Club (inside First Canadian Place).

Whether you are new to spinning or a seasoned pro, your private instructor will guide you on a motivating journey in this 45 minute cardio workout. On a stationary bike, you will focus on cadence, heart-rate zones, climbs and sprints
that can make an unpredictable ride that is fun and challenging with great music. If you would rather choose an easier workout, all you need to do is turn down the “tension” knob on your bike. It’s all up to you!

Yoga Classes

Alternating every Tuesday between the Market and FiDi locations, members are encouraged to make their way over to the Lounge for an end of the day Yoga class.

The exercises in each class are carefully curated by our esteemed instructor, Anastasia Buterina. From beginners to master practitioners, these Yoga classes are suitable for all skill levels. Some benefits of regular Yoga include and are not limited to:
